Back pain

According to the NHS, it is estimated that up to 8 in every 10 people in the UK are affected by back pain at some point in their lives.¹

There are a number of potential causes of back pain and your customer may not know the cause of theirs. You can use this opportunity to educate them that it could be due to a sedentary lifestyle and poor posture; for example, spending long amounts of time sitting, often slouched over a laptop or device, or in front of the TV. This may overstretch back muscles, which can lead to back pain. In many cases the cause isn't serious and it will get better over time.
