This CPD module looks at the impact mental health problems can have on pharmacists and their teams. After completing it, you will understand the importance of maintaining good mental health, be able to recognise the signs that all might not be well — including when a referral might be needed — and feel confident about initiating conversations with staff members as appropriate. 

You will also understand how both emerging and established mental health disorders are addressed in the short-term and be able to signpost to relevant support and resources.
