After completing this module you will be
able to list the risk factors for suicide, explain how to reduce the risk of medicines being involved in self-poisoning attempts, and refer/signpost people to services and online support resources.
This module will also help pharmacy teams in England and Wales to meet their new NHS community pharmacy contractual framework requirements from October 2020 by increasing awareness and knowledge of suicide prevention and supporting the formulation of pharmacy action plans.
