If a customer is concerned about being able to relax or would like tips on doing so, the following might be helpful to pass on.5










- Create a relaxing wind-down routine in the evenings
- Keep the bedroom at a comfortable temperature
- Having a soothing, warm drink or a warm bath before bedtime may help
- Exercise may help improve mental well-being
- Take time out for relaxing or sociable activities that are enjoyable
Allergy advice
Customers who are affected by allergies may appreciate additional advice on how to avoid contact with allergens such as dust mites - this includes:6









- Using covers on bedding items such as pillows or mattresses that are allergen-proof
- It is better not to have carpets, but where there are carpets, vacuum them regularly.
- Wash bedding that isn't protected at least every week, at a high temperature (60ºC)
