If considering stocking the Puressentiel range, questions you might consider include:

  • What does the new range offer your customers?
  • What are the current alternatives that you stock, and how do the products compare?
  • Does the range suit your customer's healthcare/wellbeing needs or are they an 'impulse buy' product?
  • How confident are the team in discussing the product with customers?
  • Where will the product be sited in the pharmacy? Think about whether it goes with other products in a category, e.g. will Puressentiel Anti-Lice be sited with other head lice products, or will you place all the products from the range together? There may be an opportunity to use dedicated point-of-sale materials or shelf edgers to highlight the product.

When displaying a new range, it may be useful to have additional leaflets, point of sale materials or a stand to show customers what's new in the pharmacy.
