PM: Community pharmacy at heart of patient care
Prime Minister Theresa May recognised community pharmacies critical role in the nation's health in her welcome message to delegates at Sigma's tenth annual Conference, which kicked off in Borneo today (12 February 2018).
"Community pharmacies remain at the heart of patient care and community wellbeing," she said.
May also praised Sigma's mission to provide an exceptional customer experience.
While acknowledging that it was a time of 'national change', May hoped discussions at the conference would help shape the future of the community pharmacy sector.
"I know there is great importance in ensuring the improvement of health in communities, helping individuals to live, work and travel with the best service," she said.
