Well completes acquisition of pharmacy in South Wales

In Latest

With the completion of the purchase of a South Wales pharmacy, Well Pharmacy has continued its streak of recent acquisitions.

The pharmacy chain’s addition of Treharris Pharmacy to its portfolio follows its recent acquisition of six pharmacies belonging to Pharma-Z ltd in Norfolk.

The multiple said it will rebrand Treharris Pharmacy “in due course” and will integrate its team “into the Well business, proactively supporting them during this transition period".

"We are delighted to welcome such an excellent pharmacy team to Well,” said Well CEO Seb Hobbs (pictured).

“We share a similar heritage and core values, being committed to providing the local community with access to vital healthcare advice, services and medication.

“By retaining the same brilliant and skilled colleagues we will continue to deliver the same outstanding patient care the local community in Treharris have come to expect.”
