PSNC is reminding community pharmacy contractors in England that wish to take part in the Quality Payments Scheme that they must have an NHSmail account for their pharmacy by the review points (April 28 and November 24) at which they wish to make a Quality Payments Scheme claim.

Alternatively, for the purposes of the April review point, they must have evidence that they have applied for an NHSmail account by February 1.

“Contractors who wish to take part in the Quality Payments Scheme and who do not already have a shared NHSmail account should request one now, as a matter of priority – it will only take a few minutes,” PSNC advises.
