Deep Heat Range
The Deep Heat range uses penetrating heat therapy. It includes products to provide warming effective relief from muscular aches, pains and stiffness, and a roll-on lotion to ease tension in tight muscles.

Deep Heat Heat Rub (GSL)
- Targeted pain relief
- Heat and massage to soothe back pain
When to use
- For the relief of muscular pains and stiffness including back and rheumatic pain, sciatica, fibrositis, sprains and chilblains
How to use
- Adults and children over 5: gently massage into the affected area until the cream is absorbed
- Apply a thin layer to the skin 2-3 times daily and wash hands immediately after use
Cautions
- Should not be used if allergic to any of the ingredients or painkillers such as aspirin, ibuprofen and other NSAIDs
- Customers should consult their GP before use if they are pregnant, breastfeeding, asthmatic or on any prescribed medicines

eucalyptus oil 1.97%w/w and turpentine oil 1.47%w/w.

- Easy and convenient to use
When to use
- Heat therapy plus massage therapy in a convenient roll-on format
- Provides targeted, warming relief to help ease tight, knotted muscles
- Can be used before exercise to loosen and soften muscles so they move more easily. Not intended for pain relief
How to use
- Massage onto required area
- Apply sparingly on first application. If stronger effect is desired, reapply as necessary
Cautions
- Not suitable for use by children under 12
- Do not use on broken or irritated skin
- Not suitable for use if pregnant or breastfeeding

- Deep Heat Pain Relief Heat Patch: Recommended for muscular pain, strains and joint stiffness
- Deep Heat Pain Relief Back Patch: Extra large size adhesive patch for the relief of muscular aches and pains, joint stiffness and back ache
How to use
- Remove the protective film from patch and apply to the affected area
- Delicate or ageing skin: apply adhesive side of patch to clothing
Cautions
- Not for use by infants, children or those unable to remove the patch on their own
- Not suitable for use on the face, on broken skin, bruises or swellings, when asleep or with prolonged pressure against the patch
- Do not use with other skin medications or heat sources, if the patch is damaged, or on the same area for more than 8 hours in a 24hr period
