Well Pharmacy has completed its £200 million rebranding programme of its 782 pharmacies following last year's acquisition of the Co-operative Pharmacy chain by Bestway. Last month also saw Chancellor of the Exchequer, George Osborne, open a new Manchester-based head office for the group.
John Nuttall, chief executive at Well, said: "We're proud to have rebranded the 782 branches in our estate and Well is now supporting the health and wellbeing of local communities across the UK. We're committed to continuing to ease the pressures faced by frontline NHS services through our community pharmacies, beyond simply providing prescriptions."
Well plans to extend its network of pharmacies from 780 branches to 1,000 by 2018.
