PSNC's Simon Dukes to kick off Pharmacy Show 2019

The countdown is on to the 13th annual Pharmacy Show (6-7 October, NEC Birmingham), which offers the community pharmacy sector a chance to hear from key opinion leaders and access hours' worth of free CPD education.

Pharmacy Magazine is the editorial partner for the Keynote Theatre, which will see a host of talks on the most critical issues facing the sector. PSNC chief executive Simon Dukes will kick off the Pharmacy Show with an in-depth talk on the new Community Pharmacy Contractual Framework and what it means for community pharmacies across England.

Mr Dukes’ talk will be followed by a Leaders Panel in which he and other community pharmacy chiefs explore how a sector that is used to competing can be encouraged to work together.

Primary care networks, revalidation and how clinical services fit into the NHS Long Term Plan are just a few of the other topics that will be discussed in the Keynote Theatre.

With over 200 speakers and more than 150 educational sessions across eight theatres, the Pharmacy Show brings together pharmacy experts, key opinion leaders, new and existing suppliers and policy makers to help pharmacists and their teams keep up with all latest industry developments, grow their business, improve patient outcomes and receive practical training and advice.

Pharmacy Magazine will be exhibiting at the show along with fellow CIG titles Training Matters, ICP and P3 Pharmacy, as well as leading pharmacy training provider CIG Healthcare Partnership. Come to stand PE50 to say hello and fine out more about how we can help you and your pharmacy.
