Keep it simple, says GSK
Latest results from GSK's Shopper Science Lab show that many pharmacy shoppers wait until they need the product or show symptoms before they look to purchase. For example, of those shopping the cold & flu fixture, 42 per cent are looking to treat a cold so aren't necessarily feeling their best, spending an average of 91 seconds at the fixture. With only 65 per cent of shoppers confident about buying the right product without advice, it's clear that making the shopping experience as simple as possible and helping shoppers choose the most efficacious solution is paramount, says GSK.
