Former Walgreens Boots Alliance director Kevin Heath has been appointed the new chief executive of distance dispenser Pharmacy2U.
Mr Heath takes over from Mark Livingstone, who stepped down last week from the CEO post, which he had held since July 2016.
Mr Heath held a number of senior roles at WBA between 2005 and 2021, most recently acting as executive board director, commercial trading director and vice president.
Between September 2021 and now he was a freelance commercial consultant and investment advisor.
Mr Heath posted on his LinkedIn that he was “happy” to be starting at Pharmacy2U, which he described as having an “incredible team” that “truly lives by the company values of putting the patient at the heart of everything they do”.
A Pharmacy2U spokesperson said: “Mark Livingstone stepped down as CEO of Pharmacy2U this week and has been replaced by Kevin Heath. Kevin joins the business with over 20 years’ experience in pharmacy-led health and beauty as Trading Director, Vice President Walgreens Boots Alliance.
“He is very much looking forward to leading the Pharmacy2U business through its next phase of growth.”
