Why is CPD in pharmacy important?

Continuing professional development (CPD) is a key component of the GPhC’s compulsory revalidation process for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.

Registrants are legally and professionally required to undertake CPD activities to maintain their registration.

The purpose of CPD is to develop your professional practice and keep your skills and knowledge up to date, so ensuring the highest standard of clinical care for patients.
