What are your initial feelings about stopping smoking?

What situations trigger cravings, and can these be avoided?

What would you do?
A customer comes into the pharmacy to ask for some advice. They had a heart attack six months ago and stopped smoking immediately. Due to stress, they have started smoking again and would like your help to stop. Choose one of the options below.
Ask them what made them start smoking again. How much were they smoking before their heart attack compared to now? What do they think may happen if they don't stop?
Tell them that if they don't stop smoking they could have another heart attack. Advise them to stop immediately and buy NRT to help them manage the withdrawal symptoms.
Tell them that stopping smoking is the best thing they can do to help their health, but don't offer any further advice.
