Entry criteria, tips and rules

You may provide examples of support material. Please ensure that any claims for the success of your initiative are supported by valid data and can be backed up by credible research. Include clear evidence of achievement where possible and an explanation of why the achievement is significant or innovative. However, please note that the judging panel welcomes current and ongoing programmes and will use its experience and expertise to assess their value to pharmacy.

It is important to stress that the judges will be looking for a clear statement of objectives and targets, supported by evidence that these targets were reached. For example, with training, the targets may be to match externally set standards (e.g. NPA-CIG Quality Seal). If so, these should be stated with an indication of how these targets were measured. In other categories, sales growth may be the target. Again, this should be made clear and its achievement independently demonstrated in measurable terms.
