Patients urged to visit pharmacy for pain relief

Solpadeine is being supported by its highest brand investment for four years, says Perrigo. The £1.3m campaign uses a new creative, with activity including TV advertising and digital display, as well as posters and leaflets in GP surgeries. TV activity goes live on June 11 and continues through to August. Using the strapline ‘Don’t let pain hold you back’, the campaign explains how consumers might need to consider a visit to their pharmacist to explore treatments to manage their acute, moderate pain effectively. “Our consumer-focused campaign will help sufferers understand that both their pharmacist and Solpadeine are there for them when regular forms of pain relief are not enough,” says senior marketing director Holly Turner.
