Dualtis is described as a highly concentrated omega-3 preparation for use with other medicines for secondary prevention after a heart attack.
The launch is being backed by a ‘Be Heart Wise’ campaign, which provides an interactive support programme for pharmacists and their staff. Says Jean-Yves Brault, general manager of Dualtis: “Our new initiative aims to educate pharmacy staff and provide them with the tools to spot patients at risk, confirm if their heart health is optimal and be able to advise their patients about how they can improve their heart health, including the benefits of taking Dualtis.”
