CPS in joint project with Coeliac UK

Community Pharmacy Scotland and Coeliac UK are working together on a joint project to identify potential undiagnosed coeliac patients and highlight the support available from Coeliac UK.

The project will run across community pharmacies in Greater Glasgow & Clyde, Lanarkshire, Lothian and Tayside during March, and will be very similar to the Breast Cancer Care project.

All community pharmacies involved will receive a pack of information in the post during week commencing February 18 with full details of the project.

The pack will contain leaflets and Coeliac UK contact cards to signpost patients to their website for help and access to an online assessment tool if required, along with posters for display in the pharmacy.
