Pharmacy chain Well has launched a new nationwide campaign called ‘Experts on prescriptions’. It aims to increase brand awareness, drive prescriptions and further improve consumer perceptions of Well, says the company.

Well, which dispenses over 1 million prescriptions every week across its 780-pharmacy estate, is investing £350,000 in the campaign, which runs until the end of August and will feature on traditional media, digital and outdoor platforms, and includes a range of in-store activites.

Janice Perkins, pharmacy superintendent, said the campaign is a fresh approach at promoting Well’s number one priority – patient care.

“This campaign is a first for Well and a clear statement that the health and wellbeing of patients is our number one priority, and that we are experts in medication first and foremost. We need to raise awareness of what we do every day for patients, and reinforce the message that patients trust us to manage their prescriptions and healthcare.”

Well’s campaign will feature marketing tag lines including ‘Experts on prescriptions, not avocados’.
