Please make sure you read and understand the General Entry Criteria before filling in the form below and submitting your entry/entries.

To enter for a SMART Award, first complete the entry form below. Then upload your entry/entries as a PDF or Word document or email to SMART@1530.com. Please email large files (over 5MB) directly to the SMART email address or use WeTransfer.

Each entry should be typed (maximum two A4 pages, no more than 800 words). Make sure you follow the criteria for the category you have entered.

You can send accompanying material to support your entry if you feel it is appropriate and will assist the SMART judging panel. Please note that items will not be returned unless you specifically ask us to do so.

You can send hard copies of your entry/entries and/or accompanying material to Helena Beer, Communications International Group, Linen Hall, 162-168 Regent Street, London W1B 5TB. Telephone: 020 7534 7229. If you are doing this, make sure you complete one entry form for each entry submitted.

REMEMBER – you may enter more than one initiative or product/brand into any category in the Awards. All entries must relate to the period between January and December 2015.
